WHAT TO EXPECT
When you’re looking for a custom art commission, you’ve come to the right place. You can be as involved as submitting photos of your favorite landscape or animal companion and discussing stories down the last detail, or you can describe something that you have in mind. From that point, I can make reccomendations on final art size, what kind of medium to work in, and any budget scales that you have in mind.
Projects can vary in size – I have painted rather large statement pieces, memorable portraits of those no longer with us, and simpler items like custom nursery room items.
I pride myself on delivering art that will compliment your home and bring a warm feeling to your heart. If I have any questions about the direction of your project, I will not hesitate to reach out to you for clarification.
Discuss the subject of the art, the medium the size, the artist fees, and other details.
The artist will discuss with you potential sizes of medium, what type of painting would work best, and discuss any photos you have that can help the artist capture your vision.
The artist provides an estimated time of turnaround and gets to work on your project.
There is no charge for an estimate.
In your commission request, please include as much detail about your commission project as you can. Let me know if you want it done in color or black and white. If you are unsure, I’ll give you an estimate for both. If you need this artwork by a specific date, please include that information.
